Solution Architect - Stockholm

Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Solution Architect who is experienced in developing, anchoring, and implementing solutions for a complex business or business area.

What you'll do:
● Work with solutions that satisfy the needs globally and monitor and evaluate the company with changes and new initiatives affecting the solution layer.
● Provide information and consult on questions related to the solutions layer area, by using different modelling frameworks and tools.
● Understand the strategic needs, requirements, goals, and processes, with a focus on solution structures and IT tools/systems.
● Provide teams with policies and guidelines regarding software development practices to ensure stability, scalability, and performance.
● Contribute to the development of a need’s description as a starting point for continued requirement specification.
Who you are:
● Experience of having been responsible for establishing a central supervision of IT services from scratch in a complex business or business area.
● Ability to engage with stakeholders both from technical and business functions and ensure collaboration across teams.
● Strong business understanding and experience in designing HRIS data landscapes within the context of business processes.
● Have technical understanding and experience of working with data flows, data security and integration design.
● Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal, negotiation and organizational skills.
