Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Solution Architect for our Internal Identity and Access Management (IIAM) team.
What you will work on:
Lead the modernization of the company’s internal identity and access management system and architecture.
Evaluate the technological landscape, identifying opportunities for improvement and transformation.
Design and develop a state-of-the-art cloud and SaaS-based identity and access management solution.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, ensuring seamless integration and implementation of IGA solutions.
Define and execute strategies for Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) and Privileged Access Management (PAM).
Integrate IGA with access management, PAM, and security tools for automated governance and anomaly mitigation.
Prioritize advanced identity analytics and integration capabilities to automate governance, dynamic provisioning, and enhance security posture.
Identify deployment models and assess vendors to offer SaaS and software-delivered solutions.

What you bring:
Experienced Solution Architect with a robust understanding of internal identity and access management and modern cloud/SaaS architectures, as well as on-prem legacy architectures.
Hands-on knowledge and experience with vendors such as CyberArk & Omada highly preferred.
Extensive knowledge of Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) and Privileged Access Management (PAM) concepts.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of effectively collaborating with both business and IT teams.
