Job Description
We are looking for a Solution Architect with an Overall M3 Digital Product Area responsibility and who will lead the overall architecture for the IKEA Food M3 platform and its surrounding applications that support the Food core processes within Supply Chain planning, operations, logistics and Wholesale/Finance. In this assignment you will have a key role for the success of the initiative securing that the platform will deliver on both the business needs and architecture goals.
More specifically, in this role you will be accountable for:
Lead and work the overall architecture and blueprints for the IKEA Food M3 platform and our surrounding applications, that sticks to standard without compromising the high degree of automation and specialization in our global value chain.
Responsible for Target Application Landscape in Digital Product Area
Creating overall solutions design, as well as recommend and provide architectural approvals.
Provide functional guidance and support the solution architects in the development of business needs
Cross functionally work closely together with peers across the totality of Inter IKEA and across IKEA to guide and identify deliverables for the Food Digital M3 platform.
Secure that architecture assessments and the deliverables are aligned with Inter IKEA Group of Architecture Principles, strategy, target Architecture, business Capabilities and roadmaps
Responsible for Digital Product Area architecture backlog items and contribute to definition of the epics in the tertial planning

Qualifications

You are curious and able to build relationships both to business leaders as well as to architecture peers. You take lead and work together with Solution Architects and a community of Enterprise architects to pave the way for the Food M3 platform development.
We expect you to have a solid experience in Infor M3 and good knowledge of how to work with ERP/M3 architecture in a large-scale business. You should be able take lead and guide the project and development team on how to best use the Infor M3 platform capabilities to fulfil the business needs and how to integrate the solution in the larger IKEA context.
You enjoy building trustful relationships with colleagues, stakeholders and business partners. As a person you are appreciated for collaborative spirit and how you lead with strong focus on both process, platform and people.
To be successful in this job you have:
Solid and broad experience in the Infor M3 platform connected to the core processes we support.
Strong knowledge and experience of driving architecture work in relation to large scale ERP implementations in an integrated end-to-end landscape.
Good knowledge in IKEA Processes and Way of Working or similar experience from a large global Retailer and/or Wholesaler.
able to lead and facilitate design workshops , assessments, planning sessions i.e., demonstrate leadership experience in prioritizing and create a roadmap
Experience from integrated planning and agile Ways of working
