Additional Job Description
Right now, we are looking for a Solution Architect to contribute towards the creation of our New Target Architecture. I am Muhammad Raqib Rafique and I am leading Platform Services unit within Data & Analytics IT SE, at Telia Company. My team is responsible for building the Future Analytics Foundation for Telia Company’s Analytics, BI and AI domain.

You will be responsible for enabling new capabilities, optimizing efficiency of existing stack, technical best-practices, and guidelines ensuring that we are at par with emerging industry trends - building future proof platforms across public, private clouds, and data centers. You will also be responsible to guide the delivery teams in striking a good balance between tactical and strategic decisions related to technical architecture.

Your experience:
Many years of relevant industry experience in building modern data, analytics architectures and platforms.
Experience of developing Platform as Service (PaaS), Infrastructure as Service (IaaS), Functionality as Service (FaaS) solutions using AI/ML. Experience of setting up processes related to Hybrid IT Governance, Data Management, Data Governance etc.
Public cloud implementation experience (certification in AWS, GCP, or Azure is preferred).
Hands-on skills in Spark, Kafka, Hive, Kubernetes, Python, Cassandra, Airflow.
Knowledge of Cloud Security, Data Mesh, Self-healing/Auto-scaling architectures.
Relevant educational background, such as computer sciences or equivalent.
