Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Solution Architect who is experienced in developing, anchoring, and implementing solutions for a complex business or business area.

What you'll do:
● Design the overall technical architecture in the field with the help of the teams and Domain Architect.
● Lead integration activities and guide and support the developers to ensure that the implementations follow the architectural principles.
● Work with Digital and Technical Leads to customize the roadmap with strengths and opportunities in the technical stack.
● Provide teams with policies and guidelines regarding software development practices to ensure stability, scalability, and performance.
● Contribute to the development of a need’s description as a starting point for continued requirement specification.
Who you are:
● Experience of having been responsible for establishing a central supervision of IT services from scratch in a complex business or business area.
● Good collaboration skills to be able to understand business needs and advise them on the appropriate methods.
● Strong business understanding and experience in designing HRIS data landscapes within the context of business processes.
● Have technical understanding and experience of working with data flows, data security and integration design.
● Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal, negotiation and organizational skills.
