Solution Associate Manager
In this role, you will drive portfolio solution deployment and category development
Furthermore, you will develop organization competence on the portfolio solutions and transfer competence to the markets, develop category solution mid-long term roadmap and value proposition, proactively support market organizations to secure business growth.
What you will do
Drive business growth securing strategic fit, customer value and competitiveness
Develop portfolio solutions competence and secure competence transfer to the markets
Based on business intelligence, develop industry, category roadmap with relevant solutions and value proposition
Support market organization by developing relevant, competitive solutions offer
Identifies growth opportunities and follows up on opportunity deployment
Supports markets with cross border development and global integration

The position is based in Lund, Sweden.
Who you are?
To be successful in this role you need to be a committed person with strong personal drive. You are a self-motivated, pedagogic communicator and presenter who can easily adapt and learn new things.
You are a proven leader with a background in product and category management.
We believe you have a University degree within engineering or equivalent. You have >5 years of experience from working in a packaging industry.
A very good command of English, both written and oral is required.
