About the role
As a Solution Consultant at Brite, you will play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between our cutting-edge A2A payment solutions and the diverse needs of our international merchants & partners. Working closely with our product and commercial teams, you'll gain deep insights into each merchant's specific requirements. Your primary focus will be on crafting and executing customized A2A payment solutions that not only optimize efficiency and drive revenue for merchantsbut also ensure seamless technical integration from pre-sales consultations through to a successful go-live. As a key player, you'll also provide ongoing technical support and training to empower our merchants and partners andstay abreast of the latest trends and advancements in the A2A payment landscape.

Responsibilities
Partner with product and commercial teams to discern and address the distinct needs of each merchant
Design and present bespoke A2A payment solutions aimed at enhancing efficiency and revenue.
Conduct detailed technical analysis and integrations to guarantee smooth implementation.
Lead the end-to-end implementation process, from pre-sales consultation to successful deployment.
Offer ongoing technical support and training to merchants throughout their journey.
Stay informed about the latest trends and technologies in the A2A payment sector to refine and enhance our solutions continuously.

Qualifications
3+ years of experience in a technical solution consultant or similar role.
Fluent in German and English
Outstanding problem solving ability, eagerness to learn and curiosity
Strong understanding of A2A payment methods and integrations.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts to a non-technical audience.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Passion for building strong relationships and providing exceptional customer service.
Proficiency in relevant technical tools and software (e.g., APIs, integrations).

Meritorious
Experience working with merchants in diverse sectors (e.g., finance, e-commerce).
A solutions- & results-oriented mindset with a track record of exceeding expectations.
Knowledge of specific A2A payment platforms or technologies.
Familiar with the concept of REST API and potentially programming languages such as PHP, Javascript or Python.
