Solution Consultant - Stockholm

Why you should be a Solution Consultant @ Benify
As Solution Consultant, you will be the bridge between the client’s requirements and your internal technical team who configure the solution. You will steer your team to design lean and standardized solutions for how to create the best user experience, the best administrator experience, and the least technical debt for Benify. You will steer your client to adopting Benify’s best practice approaches. You will own the end-to-end solution, ensuring all stakeholders have been accounted for in the design, including third-party providers.

You will create documentation of the requirements, taking all technical, financial, and legal aspects into consideration. You will actively support product development initiatives by raising improvement ideas as and when encountered.

• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
• Self-starting and comfortable working independently
• Team player, preferably with experience in stakeholder management
• Experience or interest in software business analysis and/or configuration
• Knowledge of international benefit processes is an advantage
