We are currently looking for a Solution Delivery Lead – People & Sustainability to join our Global IT department. This position will preferably sit at our global HQ in Gothenburg, Sweden but can also be positioned at any of our hubs within the European time zone. This position will report to our IT Director Enable Mölnlycke. The purpose of the position is to achieve the global delivery team’s overall mission by owning deliveries & performance, leading the delivery team and managing the budget within our People, Sustainability and Legal functions. As Sustainability is a new area, you will have the opportunity to influence and set the scene around Sustainability from an IT perspective, as well as support the People and Legal functions to further enable Mölnlycke’s important mission in the Medical Device industry.
KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
Responsibility to achieve delivery team’s overall mission and takes ownership of deliveries & performance of solution.
Leads & coaches the delivery team securing collaboration between all team members to deliver on team commitments. The position includes full line manager responsibility of team members.
Manages complete budget within scope of solution and owns IT budget.
Interacts with and constructively challenge users, customers & stakeholder to clarify needs & solution.
Contributes to development and implementation of the global IT strategy including digital vision & mission and digital technology innovation roadmap.
Accountable for managing backlog and iterations from a SCRUM perspective. Delegates SCRUM master role when appropriate.
Responsible for securing that the solutions follows relevant regulatory, privacy, and security requirements in line with the company RSC policies.
Defines processes, tools and competences needed within the delivery team and broader IT organisation to further build the delivery capability aligned with established agile & DevOps framework.

Sole decisions
Roles and prioritizations for delivery team including external development resources within scope of deliveries.
Decisions and prioritizations within own budget including sourcing to agreed suppliers.
Technology decisions within scope of solution, domain & enterprise architecture & IT-strategy.
Shared decisions
Backlog and development prioritization with Business Owner.
Platform, technology and architecture decisions effecting IT-architecture taken with Domain and/or Enterprise Architect.
Sourcing, licensing and partnerships with new suppliers or outside of agreed budget, architecture & IT-strategy taken with IT-Director and/or Service Manager.
CAPABILITIES; QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
Experience from working with HR modules, preferably Successfactors and surrounding modules
Experience from working with automation and standardization processes
Experience from HR Processes
University degree in Engineering/Computer Science/Information Technology.
Minimum 5 year’s work experience in managing IT-solution development including leading development teams.
Strong leadership experience demonstrated from leading and managing teams with ability to create a learning culture.
Solid experience from agile development and DevOps methods including understanding of end-to-end Software Delivery Lifecycle processes.
Documented experience from applying digital technology creating business effect relevant in area of responsibility.
Demonstrated business acumen and relevant experience of business, customers and/or functional area.
Ability to gain understanding of customers’ business processes and unmet needs, while also managing expectations and scope.
Strong oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills & relations with ability to work effectively with stakeholders in complex organizations.
Ability to develop and present new ideas, concepts, approaches and solutions.
