Solution Developer

In this role you will support sales companies in specific projects with technically advanced requests from customers. Preferably system integrations, but also:

• Translate customer requirements and needs into technical specifications that can be communicated via Product Managers Connectivity with partners for implementation.
• Support Product Managers Connectivity in building knowledge around market events and future needs.
• Assist in the sales phase where technical deep knowledge is required to understand customer requests. Thus be available primarily within its assigned region.
• Assist in discussions about partnerships together with Product Managers Connectivity to identify successful partnerships for Fagerhult.
• Propose and determine technical solutions in projects.
• Propose and establish new partnerships to develop new offers or solutions.

The role will require national and international travelling, depending on project support.
You have a higher education in systems development / IT / Computer Science or equivalent knowledge from 5-10 years of experience in these areas.

We believe you have a background in software development as a product owner and has experience as a project manager.

We see that you have worked with RF mesh technologies, system integration, building management systems protocols, Cloud API's, you should also have experience in Network Architecture. Knowledge of DALI and Wirepas is a bonus.

In this role, we see that it is necessary to have a great ability to explain technical solutions to the customer. You must be able to answer questions such as "what does the integration with the API mean". How / what will it affect? The approach would be to have an understanding of what the customer needs before the customer himself knows it.
