About the job
Close collaboration with stakeholders and suppliers gives this role a dynamic vibe, and your primary focus lies on designing and developing solutions for our Detect and Respond Platform. You create and improve the technical design and function of current products and services by staying updated on what’s buzzing. Simply put, you’re a key player in contributing to a successful, agile and service-oriented organization for IT product delivery within the Sandvik Group.
Digging more into detail, you’re responsible for:
Understanding stakeholder needs and requirements and translating them into detailed specifications and functional designs.
Designing, developing, testing, and implementing innovative solutions for our Detect and Respond Platform, ensuring high-quality outcomes.
Creating and maintaining comprehensive technical documentation to facilitate seamless collaboration and knowledge sharing within the team.
Continuously identifying opportunities for enhancing functionality and improving efficiency, bringing your creative ideas to the table.
Providing ongoing support for the operations and delivery activities.

In this position, you’re based in either Gasverket (Stockholm) or Sandviken, and you have flexible work options. As your colleagues and our partners are spread across different locations, some travel might occur.
What we need from you
We’re looking for someone with a bachelor's degree and a relevant background, most likely within cybersecurity. You need a good understanding of technical products and components, and an ability to evaluate, future proof and apply them for service effect – combined with an ability to lead and co-ordinate technical development and maintenance of products or services.
A proven technical aptitude in the detect and respond field is beneficial, as well as experience of relevant products and solutions, such as:
Microsoft Information Protection
Microsoft Defender for Endpoint
Cylance
Zscaler Posture Control
SecurityScorecard
Rapid7 InsightVM

Experience from an international, complex organization with multiple stakeholders, lots of requirements and shifting needs is also beneficial. You easily connect with people and build trusting relations, and you’re skilled in explaining technical information in ways that make sense for everyone. Naturally, this means that you communicate fluently in English, while knowledge of Swedish is an advantage.
