Solution Engineer

•Take full ownership of delivery strategy (timeline, scope, resource allocation, items on critical path) for specifics consumer journey solutions

•Support and close collaborate with Delivery Lead to merge consumer journey deliverables into the master plan for the upcoming wave

•Identify gaps in the current solution and improve enhancements for upcoming waves

•Own the testing plan and support Test Lead on the execution

•Own the technical cutover plan and support Release Manager on the execution

•Organize and lead Kick-Off and Sign-Off ceremonies for Technical Cutover of country rollouts

•Track progress of delivery plan and own action plan to mitigate risks/blockers/dependencies associate with timeline and scope

•Report status of delivery plan progress on a weekly basis in the program forums

•Assess current quality and continuously suggest and lead improvement of consumer journeys

•Ensure scope of releases are properly communicated to all stakeholders in advance to the deployment date

•Coach a team members in order to achieve successful releases
