Solution Engineer SC GTO Powertrain

We are looking for:
A Solution Engineer with a passion for new technologies, robust business solutions, innovation possibilities and collaboration within Order & Planning domain. Primary task is to support various project & discussions in the role as Business Analyst sharing knowledge, advise solutions of how to move forward, by exploring data and explain how different solutions interact and operate.


Wanted profile:
You have a logical, analytical, and creative approach to problems and the ability to communicate with customers, colleagues, and management to explain complex data flows and system functionality.
You have a combination of skills, both analysis & technical to understand and evaluate business requirements that drives the best result in analyze, build, test, and maintain our Order Planning solutions.
Since you are part of a global unit, with global responsibilities, you will need to actively cooperate with various stakeholders and navigate with ease in a multi-cultural environment but also in a factory close context.

Required Technical Competencies:
Experience from automated industry and/or Order & Planning is a strong advantage
You have a university degree in Computer science or similar relevant working experience
Business Analysis experience preferably in global projects
You have an experience from software development, agile mindset and continuous improvement
Good documentation skills in terms of project/requirements documents, mind map, presentation, flow charts, etc.

You have an understanding of:
SQL and relational databases
Azure Devops
.NET/C#
API’s and Message Queuing

You will be a good fit if:
You have a collaborative and communicative mindset with ability to communicate with various stakeholders
You have hands on experience from automated industry and/or Order & Planning is a strong advantage
You are a team player with skillset to work independent

Valid work-permit for Sweden if not citizen, no relocation Volvo assistance
