Your responsibility will be to find IT solutions for the Software Handling process that enables business benefit in compliance with IT Architecture.As Solution Expert you will have an important role in supporting the IT management organization with your expert knowledge of Software Handling.You will ensure that all developments comply with Ericsson's IT direction and strategies, and also provide input for the IT strategy.You will create the Software Handling application roadmap, and will define and monitor development activities for the next 12-24 months.You will also review business requirements for the Software Handling process and ensure the use of standard solutions in a cost-efficient way.Key areas of responsibility are: . Initiation and driving of pre-studies.. Design and approval of IT solutions with cross-IT solution competence.. Manage requirements..Requirement analysis and coordination in cooperation with key stakeholders..Synchronization of solutions between areas..Business intelligence on Software Handling IT solutions. Requested competence . A degree or equivalent experience working with business processes.. Experience with system development of IT applications, business processes.. Good knowledge of system development..Fluent English.You should have excellent communication and people-management skills, as the role involves extensive communication and interaction with managers and users throughout the Ericsson organization and with external partners.
