We are now looking for a Solution Knowledge Specialist to join our Solution Management department.

WHAT WILL YOU DO? As Solution Knowledge specialist, your main task is to transfer knowledge to our worldwide sales and marketing organizations and feedback findings and user needs to product management and R&D. Your area of expertise is Axis End-to-End solutions targeting medium business. You will serve sales and marketing with insightful information about the solutions, our competitors, possible sales pitches, internal success stories and other relevant information to make our market approach successful.

You are also expected to gather feedback from our sales regions, analyzing the feedback and based on this develop different types of educational material, e.g. trainings, videos, documentation etc. You will deliver the material through a multitude of channels, including online webinars and training sessions in front of live audiences. You will also be responsible for maintaining all the knowledge about the solutions, so that it can be used by others at Axis.

You will work in a team with product managers, product specialists and close to R&D, all responsible for Axis end-to-end solutions. Further you will cooperate with corporate marketing, global sales and product introduction management, together with them you have the responsibility to deliver the knowledge that Axis sales organization needs to be successful in medium business. Travelling will be required 30 to 60 days a year.

WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? We believe that you have excellent teamwork skills but are still very driven. You have a proven ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority. Your social skills are good and so are your ability to manage and perform in a multi-cultural environment with international contacts. Your mindset needs to be flexible, but you have a structured way to attack tasks and issues. A service minded attitude is a must, you are always open to customers and your colleagues and enjoy high pace and are open to change.

In addition to above we believe that you have:

At least 5 years work experience. A deep understanding of sales and/or technical sales Documented experience from working with solutions close to the market Documented experience from creating training materials, if possible please provide samples. A pedagogic approach, both spoken and written, when explaining technical matters Excellent written and verbal communication skills, fluent in English. Swedish language skills are not essential, but a distinct advantage Technical knowledge about Video Management Systems and/or cloud solutions
THE SOLUTION MANAGEMENT DEPARTMENT Solution Management is globally responsible for the solution offering and technical solutions support. This includes product management for capabilities and solutions, design and coordination responsibility for service and support offerings, project sales support and partner interface in technical and connected strategic matters. Software Solutions is one out of five groups within Solution Management. Software Solutions are responsible for Axis end-to-end solutions targeting small and medium business.
