As Solution Leader you are the Volvo Group IT interface to the business stakeholders and are responsible to secure that the business and IT requirements of the end user are addressed. You will support the full utilization of solutions within the plan and schedule process. You will play a key part of an experienced team of professionals who deliver IT solutions. You will get the opportunity to work closely with Volvo Truck divisions and Business Areas and develop IT solutions that solve concrete challenges and business problems.

Software development for the vehicles that Volvo delivers is growing exponentially. To support this increase Volvo Group is undergoing major changes on infrastructure and WoW.
In order to deliver on demands of today and tomorrow we need an organized person who can take ownership and drive activities and initiatives for our deliveries.
In this role you need to communicate with and understand both the traditional IT landscape as well as the vehicle software development, to understand the unique requirements in this area. You work in a team, but you are expected to drive and execute tasks independently.

Competencies
Relevant university degree or equivalent
A good listener and have the ability to develop structures to build effective teams
Excellent communication & presentation skills are required
Background as a Business Analyst, System Analyst or/and Project Manager is a benefit
Experience from Agile methodology is a benefit
Experience from working in a global context
Complete proficiency in English are required
Understanding of the business processes and solutions of the sub-portfolio is added value
Being a strong collaborator who can take ownership is a must.
Good knowledge in the applications Jira and Confluence
