As a fully owned subsidiary of Scania our goal is to be the number one partner to our existing and potential customers looking to accelerate their electrification journey through depot charging.

Job description
Join us as a Solution Manager, you will be at the forefront of promoting the electrification of transports and ensuring the vitality of a well-functioning charging ecosystem. Your role involves a deep understanding of customer operations, allowing you to identify pain points and values associated with electric transports. Collaborating closely with Product Management and Deployment teams, you will play a pivotal role in shaping solution roadmaps. Join us in driving innovation and sustainable transportation solutions as a key player in our dynamic team.

Your responsibilities
* Prospect potential depot charging customers, prioritizing exceptional customer experiences.
* Develop tailored value propositions that enhance our customers' profitability.
* Engage with potential customers, articulating the benefits of Scania's depot charging solutions.
* Coordinate closely with Deployment & Operations to curate customer-centric offerings.
* Employ strong negotiation skills to craft mutually beneficial agreements and secure contracts.
* Collaborate with the Deployment team to create current and future-relevant offers for customers.
* Engaging with Stakeholders: Internally, you'll work closely with the Deployment team, Operations team, and Product Management.
* Externally, you'll engage with Customers, Local Scania BU Sales Managers, and Local Scania BU Charging Managers.

We are looking for a Solution Manager who has experience in operational support and a deep understanding of the importance of a well-functioning charging ecosystem for electric transports. You will work closely with the Product management team and Deployment teams to develop operational and support solutions that maximize customers' uptime. Strong presentation skills and the ability to work collaboratively are essential.
