Solution Manager

Perido Skills is looking for a Solution Manager who will act as a technical advisor for our customer situated in central Malmö. Duties and responsibilities: . Knowledge transfer regarding applications; implementation and delivery issues . Technical advisor for projects . Evaluate system solutions . Improvement of selected products . Delivery accepts of minor trial applications for trial installations . Make initial assessments for time & costs for prospects from sales . Configuration management for customized applications . Evaluate customer proposed solutions . Make basic design proposals for applications . Application certification . Technical pre-sales . Provide training/assistance to partner companies Skills and Abilities Required . Telecom network architecture . Application design . Customer contact experience . Parlay, SIP . Databases (SQL and LDAP) . Java/J2EE . Web Services . Unix operating systems . Office tools (Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, MS-Project, .) . Understand, speak, read and write English in a fluent way. . Strong communication skills are essential in the performance of this job. Desired Skills: . Communication tools like: Telnet, FTP, HyperTerminal, SSH/SSI . . Java, XML, HTML . Telco terminology . Computer hardware Personal characteristics: .
