We are looking for a passionate Solution Manager within ERP Finance with focus on Dynamics 365 FO and its surrounding/related systems. If you enjoy driving innovation and like to be in a “change mode”, then you might be the one we are looking for! 

As a Solution Manager you will play an essential link between Group IS/IT and our Business process owners as well as stakeholders within Lindab Group. With our ERP Program we drive standardization and harmonization of our way of working and you will play a key role in the program’s success.

 

Main responsibilities Analyze business requirements to determine their technology needs and continuously identify the need for optimizations, configurations, or customizations to ensure efficient operation on a day-to-day basis.
Work close with BPO (Business Process Owner) and other stakeholders and take responsibility for changes within the service and be chairman in CAB (Change Advisory Board) meetings for this service as part of the overall Governance organization.
Own the feature lifecycle and feature management within the service to enable quick changes of feature availability.
Take part in Test and release management activities.
Responsible for documentation, administration, maintenance, and support of service as well as to secure BPO, super user and end user training within the service.
As SME participate in projects related to your service to ensure delivery and expectations.
Together with manager secure prioritization of projects and operational delivery, give input to budget, monitoring over consumption within area of responsibility.
Responsible for operational contact with our IT vendors to communicate and align roadmaps, requirements, and follow-up on delivery.
   

Previous experience and competence 3+ years of experience with supporting Finance module in MS Dynamics Suite (AX 4.0, 2012 and/or Dynamics 365) in 2 or more locations, handling country-specific laws or regulations
3+ years of experience from working in a financial role handling the financial processes.
1+ years of experience in gathering business requirements through workshops or interviews and in creating functional design documentation such as process flows, use cases, user stories etc. tailored for project operations.
Good understanding of the standard ERP finance and accounting principles (e.g., local principles within EU countries)
 

To be successful in this position we belive that you have the following skills: Demonstrated ability to collaborate and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Proficiency in English at a professional level.
Have excellent organization skills and be structured to be able to work on your own and in a team in high pace with both operational and project driven tasks in parallel.
 

It is considered as an advantage to also have: Bachelor’s degree in finance, computer engineering, information systems or similar.
Experience within the manufacturing industry is considered an advantage.
Participation from international implementation projects/roll-outs.
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
Understanding of Microsoft DevOps or/and
D365 Certifications.
 

Additional information Start: per agreement

Location:  in Malmo or Grevie in Sweden. Some travel may be required for this role.
