FPC is looking for a Solution Manager for their HR and Finance processes. A suitable background is working with the processes from a technical perspective, you are probably looking for a position that is closer to the business with responsibility for requirements and supplier contacts. If you are currently working with Solution or Service Management, you probably have an interest in overall technical solutions. You should have experience of doing system configurations when necessary as well as knowledge on how to build reports using various tools.

Fingerprint Cards is a successful technology company with a global presence. You will be part of a small IT department with great potential to influence and contribute to change, a large driving force is the digitalization of HR and Finance processes. Navision, ExFlow and JetReports are the Finance applications FPC is currently using, and it is an advantage if you have the skills to understand how these applications can better support FPC needs. You should also be able to advise on how the use of the applications can be widened and how different applications can be used in corporate reporting. In HR, you have a great opportunity to be able to influence application selection and how FPC can work in a more efficient manner.

Qualifications
We prefer that you have a technical background and skills in either solution management, requirements management or project management.
