As a Solution Manager, you´ll act as the crucial link between Kamstrup and its customers, driving the water business towards digital solutions that maximize customer satisfaction. Your Responsibilities

In the role of Solution Manager, you will work closely with customers, sales, technical product management, and R&D. You are responsible for customer satisfaction and for ensuring that the customer is offered effective solutions. This means that you are also responsible for the technical design of solutions and need to analyse data in order to optimize business processes.

A significant part of your work will involve supporting the Nordic sales teams for water solutions in the tender process. This is done in close collaboration with the bid team in Denmark. In addition, you will work closely with product development, where your insight into the tender process, together with data and insights from customer visits, makes you a key player and an important source of knowledge for your colleagues.

You enjoy working closely with customers in an advisory role where your commercial and technical knowledge contributes to better decision-making for Kamstrup´s customers.

The Bigger Picture

In this role as Solution Manager you will report to the Head of Solution and Regional Product Management. You can be based in the Swedish office in Täby, Aarhus in Denmark or Oslo in Norway. You will be part of a team of 50 colleagues in the water division who sell, deliver, and support Kamstrup´s solutions to a majority of Nordic companies in the energy and water industry. You will more specific be part of Kamstrup´s Solutions and Application Management team, which consists of eight colleagues who work to match customer needs with Kamstrup´s products and solutions. Professional collaboration and knowledge sharing are cornerstones of the team.

You can expect approximately 20-30 travel days per year within the northern part of Europe. The position will start as soon as the right person can be in place and the employment will begin with a six-month probationary period.

Our Expectations

To be eligible for this role, you most likely have a degree in engineering, business, or a related field. Most importantly, you are interested in digitization and business processes. It will be an asset if you have experience and an established network within the water industry and an understanding of how technological advancements, changing customer needs/preferences, competitors, and legislation impact the market. You can also identify with one of the following areas:

• Have a passionate interest in digital solutions & products
• Possess experience from the water industry
• Possess experience in tender management
• Possess experience in digital business development
• Have an interest in IT security, IT deployment
• You have professional level of proficiency in both written and spoken English and preferably Swedish
