Solution Owner in Solution Area - "Order & Delivery"
Our Supplying system landscape is grouped into 5 different Solution Areas and today the Solution Area "Order & Delivery" supports more than 15 000 users throughout Supplying in the areas of Order & Sales Orders, Customs & Integration and Delivery. In order to support our growth, we are now looking for a Solution Owner. As part of the new IT strategy to move to standard software, two main initiatives are running in the area of Delivery. Supplying Transport Management Solution (STMS) as part of Plan & Manage Order and Sales Order Management (SOM) as part of E Commerce. Both new solutions will share a common logistical base data management application. The application will be developed by the projects but in close co-operation with the future Solution Owner.
As a Solution Owner you will support the projects in the development and implementation of the future Logistical Base Data (LBD) solution and secure all needed activities for a hand-over. Once you have taken on the ownership you will lead and secure optimal utilisation of the new solution and support development of IT-related business needs within Order & Delivery. The target application for LBD will be IBM Sterling.

Your assignment is to?
-Be the Solution Owner of the assigned area within Order & Delivery
-Support projects related to the implementation of the LBD Solution
-Lead the development of the specific IT Solution in relation to the business requirements and together with IT Delivery / vendor
-Support global roll-out of already decided solutions
-Be responsible for all material related to the specific solution according to set standards
-Secure competence development and training related to your solutions
-Secure and maintain Super User network
-Be the reference person for your assigned solution/system in different forums and projects
-Define and agree on SLA (Service Level Agreement)
-Provide input to IT Budget planning
Support Process Developers when it comes to IT Solution development
-Overall system security administration and allocation of users

To be able to succeed in the role you need to have good general understanding of the IT landscape within Supplying and a very good understanding of the business processes and systems in the Delivery-area. You are motivated to work as a link between projects, business and IT. During the implementation phase of the solution development you will work closely with the projects, which are based in Helsingborg and frequent travelling will be required.
You are enthusiastic, driven, structured and determined, and act as role model for the IKEA values. You have excellent communication skills and the ability to build trustful relationships. You network with people both internally and externally.
The Solution Area has functional hubs in Älmhult, Pratteln and Dortmund. This position will be based in Älmhult.
