About the Job
As a Solution Owner, you are responsible for all aspects of solution delivery for a set of Business Intelligence and Data Warehouse solutions assigned to you. This includes Business Development, Life Cycle Management and Operation (run) of the Solutions. You will drive the continuous improvement of the solutions. You create and maintain the roadmap as well as the budget for the assigned solutions. You support the portfolio plan in co-operation with the Solution Team Leader and the Process Developers. You represent solution management in relevant Governance forums and Project Steering Groups. You manage efficient ways of working and collaboration with stakeholders and you interact with suppliers in operational and tactical matters.

About the Assignment
We are looking for candidates who have a good knowledge and experience in working with Business Intelligence and Data Warehouse solutions, their roadmap and life cycle management. Preferably competence on InfoSphere Platform, a very good knowledge of end-to-end Solution Management and a understanding IKEA´s Business Intelligence application landscape, good knowledge of the relevant business process, and understanding of Information Technology, Business Intelligence and Data Warehousing, knowledge and skills in project and release management as well as how to develop Business Solutions, including requirement management, test and business acceptance, Knowledge of the people side of change, good leadership, good communication skills in English and ability to work across functions, having an holistic view and eye for details. You are able to structure, prioritize and to see patterns in order to derive conclusions and propose how to go forward.
