Solution Owner Business Intelligence

IKEA Business Solutions is responsible for business solutions management across IKEA, developing new business solutions and keeping existing solutions relevant and running. We bring IT and business competencies closer together through common ways of working. This way we empower our co-workers, customers and suppliers with the right solutions to optimise the customer experience and contribute to a growing IKEA.

IKEA Business Solution Group Functions is split into several Solution Areas, Optimize Business Performance is one of this areas where we have solutions to provide Master Data, BI solutions and platforms and Risk&Compliance.

Within the area of Optimise Business Performance we are now looking for a Solution Owner in the area of Business Intelligence.

About the job
We are looking for someone with a background in IT development, knowledge of end-to-end Solution Management and a good understanding of IKEA application landscape.
You have experience in project management and coaching abilities.

Experienced in front end tools such as Cognos or Qlikview.
Good understanding for how to work with Data quality.
Understand how to work through a super user network.
Have already been working on a few different positions in and around development of Business Intelligence solutions e.g Project manager, Super user, Business Analyst etc.
Areas of responsibility:
Accountable for all aspects of solution delivery for the assigned solutions according to established ways of working
Manage efficient ways of working and collaboration with stakeholders. Interact with AM and Software Suppliers (tactical & operational discussions), Architecture and other relevant functions
Identify and Support User Needs.
Responsible to create and maintain a Solution(s) Roadmap, as well as a prioritized release roadmap
Lead / participate in Steering Groups and Solution and Supplier governance forums
Create and manage budget for the assigned solution(s)
