ERP (MS Dynamics 365) Solution Owner
Our company is growing steadily, and Information Technology is considered to be one of our most strategic assets in this journey. Our key project right now is the implementation of a new ERP and we have chosen Microsoft Dynamics F&O to be our new global platform. We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as the Dynamics 365 F&O Solution Owner. In this newly created role, you'll play a critical role in the ongoing implementation of our new ERP system and transitioning to its long-term ownership. You’ll be a part of our IT organization and report to the Head of Information Technology.
Your key responsibilities:
Partner with key stakeholders across the organization (mainly in Sweden and USA) to understand current business processes and requirements.
Work collaboratively with external consultants during the implementation phase, ensuring alignment with internal needs.
Take a lead role in the configuration and customization of Dynamics 365 F&O to optimize internal financial and operational processes.
Manage system go-live activities and ensure a smooth transition for internal users.
Own the ongoing management and support of the Dynamics 365 F&O system, including user training, troubleshooting, and system maintenance.
Stay up-to-date on the latest Dynamics 365 F&O features and functionality, recommending and implementing improvements as needed.
Collaborate with our other IT resources to ensure system security and compliance.
We believe that you have:
A minimum 5 years of experience working with Dynamics 365 F&O (formerly Dynamics AX).
Demonstrated experience in configuring and customizing Dynamics 365 F&O for specific business needs.
Solid understanding of financial and operational business processes.
Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage projects, prioritize tasks, and work independently.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
