IKEA Range & Supply has the responsibility to develop, design, produce and supply IKEA stores with home furnishing solutions available to the many people.
Range & Supply Digital leads and guides the totality of the Range & Supply digital landscape by combining business knowledge with digital competence, to realise business opportunities today and tomorrow. The Solution Area manages and develops common solutions and services for Range & Supply, and secures that the digital services provided meet R&S requirements.
During 2019 a number of fundamental changes have taken place in the Range & Supply (R&S) digital workplace; e.g. new tools, such as MS Teams, have been made available. These provide us with new opportunities to increase efficiency as we work together across Range & Supply, but also across the IKEA value chain.
In this new role as Solution Owner for Microsoft Office 365 at R&S, you will take the lead in enabling R&S to harvest the benefits of these tools, setting a solid foundation for a digital workplace that supports the needs of our colleagues now and in the future. Once the implementation of Office 365 is finalised, you will step into a broader role as Solution Owner for Digital Workplace tools at R&S.
We want you to ensure that our tools and their use are optimised to increase effectiveness of R&S as an organisation but also resulting in a better everyday life at work. To do so, you will find ways to establish a strong network with users across Range & Supply.
You will report to the Solution Area Manager at R&S Digital, and work closely with the R&S Digital Workplace Business Reference Group, with colleagues across the Inter IKEA Group, as well as at our service providers.
More specifically, in this role you will:
Drive the process to complete the implementation of the Office 365 apps, securing adoption across the approx. 7000 users in 28 countries;
Build a foundation for sustainable MS tool competence across R&S, including, for example, a suitable Super User structure.
Identify potential tools made redundant by the introduction of the MS apps.
Represent R&S needs in an Inter IKEA Group digital workplace context, contributing to our common digital workplace.
Support compliance to data privacy and information security requirements.
