Position Summary
A Solution Package is the delivery vehicle for crafting customer valued deliveries.
As a SP Driver (Solution Package Driver) you will be part of breaking down our main requirements together with our teams. The person will work closely with surrounding organization. In this position, you will work with teams that has end-to-end responsibility for 5G baseband SW features or a part of the 5G architecture improvements together with teams across geographical locations.
A successful candidate will be highly motivated, autonomous and innovative. You will be part of a dynamic team working on the implementation and improvement of the 5G baseband software. It is vital to be flexible and thereby being able to handle the work needed in order for the team to achieve its goals.

You will
Guide teams in the implementation of 5G baseband architecture, functionality and features.
Ensure the backlog is visible, transparent, and clear to all.
Optimize the value of the work the Development Team performs.
Ensure the technical solutions developed to Fulfill the relevant requirements.
End-to-end feature responsibility starting from design to verification.
Show engagement in continuous improvements in products and processes.
Work with Ways of Working improvement for teams together with line managers.
Responsible for planning with help from teams and delivery of a feature.
Responsible for integration and verification of Solution Package.
Responsible for securing resources in terms of both people and equipment for a Solution package with support from line and program.
Create and present a risk mitigation plan for the solution package.
Engage and align status and collaboration towards different stake owners in the organization.
Together with the team groom the user stories and ensure that the right content is delivered on time.


To be successful in the role you must have
System thinking and Problem-solving skills.
Ability to think out the box to address risks and challenges until customer delivery.
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate efficient across organizations.
Experience from Product development knowledge and working in a large organization.
Ability to explain and lead on all levels, developers, line managers, product managers, and other tech leaders.
Excellent Lean and Agile knowledge and skills.
Coaching and mentoring skills.
Experience as project manager or agile product owner.
Delivering results and meeting customer expectations.
Telecom experience is a plus.
A multi-core processor programming experience is an advantage.


Minimum Qualifications & Experience Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience
MSc in a technical subject area or the equivalent level of knowledge
Excellent English Skills
