Solution Purchaser

As Solution Purchaser you will be a part of Execution Center and the Solutions activity to ensure the control of project purchases external to the Group Schneider, in particular by providing support to the Hub teams during the quotation phase and contract execution in compliance with Schneider Group rules and the CPP methodology.

Main missions for the role:
Contribute to the competitiveness of quotes in the offer phase and the profitability of projects in phase production
Put supplier relationships under control by limiting the risks for project execution
Be responsible for the Procurement process and policy of an Application Center


What will you do?
Define the strategy for external purchases with the project team for activities
Carry out actions resulting from the Purchasing policy of the Nordic hub Center
Ensure the qualification and evaluation of active suppliers on the perimeter according to the system SSQM.
Contribute to the selection of qualified suppliers meeting QSSE requirements, cost and time.
Participate in the development of the customer offer, in particular by proposing supplier solutions differentiating and allowing the best technical-commercial adequacy.
Consult suppliers and obtain technical validation from the competent services.
Negotiate all contractual elements.
Be the pilot of the Procurement process of the Application Center


What will make you successful?
Engineering school or Business school with Purchasing specialization
Minimum 3+ years of purchasing experience
Good experience in the realization projects as well as a good understanding of the market suppliers
Knowledge in management of risks and contract management
Good communication and good customer / internal customer relationship
Strong negotiation skills
English mandatory
