Assignment Description:
We are looking for a Senior Solution Requirement Manager to join our dynamic team.
What You Will Work On:
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and manage electrical and electronics requirements.
Bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders, facilitating a balance of requirements.
Take the lead in ensuring all requirements are properly documented and baselined in SE-tool.
Ensure requirements align with Volvo’s strategic roadmaps, industry standards, and regulations.
Secure breakdown and allocation of requirements to solution areas.
Support and monitor the development concepts and solutions through close collaboration with architects and engineers.
Work closely with verification and validation to ensure traceability between requirements, software deliveries, and test reports.
What You Bring:
Hold a master’s degree in Computer Engineering/Electronics Engineering or an equivalent.
Have at least 10 years of experience in a product or project management position.
Possess proven expertise in Embedded SW development in vehicles.
Demonstrate a strong experience in agile ways of working.
Have experience in the development of electrical systems in the automotive industry.
Be an excellent communicator with the ability to encourage and set a clear direction.
Lead vertically across the organization to achieve expected results.
Motivate teams toward challenging targets and manage stakeholders’ expectations.
Strive for continuous development and demonstrate strength in managing risks in planning and decision-making.
Be both business and customer-oriented.
Be fluent in both spoken and written English due to interaction in an international environment.
