Solution Specialist / System Maintenance to leading telecom comp

Client is establishing a 2nd line supporting their Smart Public Transportation services. Infrastructure is being handled from other unit. Although position is starting with contract client wish to overrecruit after contract period.

Location is either Umeå or Stockholm.

Under the parent company, Division X helps to promote innovation within the company and find ways to develop within New Generation Telco.

Job description and requirements:

• Individual Contributor with University degree and approximately 5-10 years relevant experience. Uses best practices and knowledge of internal or external business issues to improve products/services or processes.
• Works independently with minimal guidance and acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience. May also lead small projects with manageable risks and resource requirements.
• Solves complex problems taking a new perspective on existing solutions and explains difficult or sensitive information to build consensus. Works within broad guidelines and policies and impact work in own team and other related teams.
• You will be working with supporting our Smart Public Transport services as a 2nd line support. Currently we have 1st line and a DevOps team.
• You will be working with deep problem solving To understand or where I see you have interest in.
