What’s in it for you?
In product stream Connected Experience our purpose is to develop and deliver Infotainment, Connectivity and Cloud Platform and world-class digital user experience. We are also responsible for Complete Vehicle Diagnostics system and end-to-end platform for diagnostic monitoring & vehicle data collection.

We are now strengthening our solution team with additional Solution Train Engineer that will be a servant leader and coach the Solution Release Train by driving and organizing the work of all our Agile Release Trains in the Value Stream. You will have a key role in our continuous transformation towards a modern and mature software organization fostering a culture where we continuously improve.

You will be part of Connected Experience leadership team and will have an important role in our ability to deliver as a Solution. To be successful in your role we assume that you are a great team player and are recognized for your collaboration skills.

What you’ll do
Your main responsibility will be to manage and optimize the flow of value through the solution train by establishing and communicating the annual rolling calendar for iterations and program increments (PI).

You will facilitate pre- and post-PI meetings in order to aggregate program PI objectives and visualize PI outcomes. You will work close to product owner teams to ensure strategy and execution alignment, work with removal of impediments and drive continuous improvements based on learnings.

You would bring experience from senior leadership positions from large scale software development organizations is highly merited. We think you have a proven ability to track solve and/or escalate impediments. You should have a strong degree of business acumen in combination with the technical understanding of your area. We think you have a Master of Science or equivalent work life experience and technical knowledge in the area of Software.
