Solutions Architect for Finance and HR

This position reports to the Manager for Administrative Systems, and as such is a part of a team of around 10 people working with Finance and HR systems. Together with the rest of the team and in close cooperation with our Enterprise Architects, you will document and communicate your vision for a modern, cloud based architecture for the Finance and HR functions. You are comfortable explaining complex and highly technical information to different stakeholders. A day at Enterprise Technology involves technological discussions, creating auto-documentation in our EA tool and guiding engineers in the team in developing the best solutions. You will guide external partners in solutions design, and secure that the final deliveries meet our guidelines and follow our principles.

You will work in close collaboration together with great people in our tech and business functions to develop solutions based on our modern cloud applications that creates maximum business value. With your hands on experience of development and SaaS implementations, you will create and follow through the architectural roadmaps for our SaaS transition in Finance and HR, ensuring that we build solutions that leverage the advantages of SaaS fully, solving the right problems with the right technology, and that application are integrated in the best way. The position requires that you have experience in cloud based HCM/ERP systems like Workday or similar and/or HR and Finance processes.
