We are looking to expand our Go-To-Market team with people that strive to succeed in everything they put their mind to, that find energy in the creative and technical process of sales solutions, and are empowered by the value that we can create for our customers. We seek great people that can support our Account Executives with excellence in Technical Solutions Engineering.
As a Solutions Engineer you will be responsible for supporting with technical knowledge to create “Wow” moments for our clients during presales, new sales & upsales opportunities. You will collaborate closely with New Sales & Accounts team members to present products to clients, answer technical questions, manage trial experiences, support in Tender opportunities, and educate prospective clients how our solution can fulfill their needs.
Stepping into this role, we expect you to have the skills required to work independently, as well as work within the framework of a collaborative organization. Your competencies and drive should help you in proactively assisting New Sales & Account teams to close New Business Revenue. As a Solutions Engineer, you need an analytical approach combined with consistently goal-oriented execution. We also look for individuals who are genuinely curious about how tech can be used to enhance the value of business and companies’ mode of operating and what it takes to help business to become truly successful.
Candidate Attributes:
Reporting directly into Kodiak Hub’s CRO
Proven success in a B2B SaaS as a Solutions Engineer and or Technical Account Executive.
Ability to present to prospects in sales meetings.
Ability to lead projects and have an understanding for complex solutions selling.
Ability to collaborate closely with Account Executives, Customer Success & Product to create “Wow” experiences for our customers.
An ambitious - and kind - relationship builder with documented successful sales experience displaying entrepreneurial drive and engagement.
At least 2+ years’ experience of Direct Sales and/or Solutions Engineering
Previous experience of Large-Enterprise Sales is valued.
Previous experience of Solutions Engineering/Sales within the Supply Chain/ERP Technology Category is valued.
University Degree of a Bachelor’s level is valued.
Experience working within CRM systems (HubSpot - preferred).
Fluency in Professional English is required.
Fluency in Professional German is not required, but valued.
Knowledge of procurement, sourcing, and supply chain related areas is valued.
