Solutions Manager

Quickspin is an award-winning game studio, producing online video slot machines for the gambling and social gaming audience. We are now looking for a Solutions Manager to join our Commercial Operations team in Malta
About the role
As Solutions Manager you will play an important role in our Commercial Operations Team in Malta.
The role covers an interesting number of areas including coordination of product integration processes, ad hoc data analysis and promotional tool management. Integration projects are generally centered around new B2Bs signing on to consume our content via a direct integration or a platform-to-platform integration

Responsibilities include
Work closely with the sales and account management teams to prioritize and facilitate the onboarding of new B2B clients.
Supporting the sales and account management teams with technical pre-sales matters, including meeting with customers in and outside the country. Some traveling is expected.
Acquire an overarching understanding of the technical integration process, the parties involved and respective responsibilities
Supporting the organization with customer integration questions post go - live.
Develop strong working relationships and trust with the customer and all stakeholders involved in the integration projects
Monitor ongoing integration tasks daily, identifies issues and mitigate accordingly
Managing client expectations and escalations throughout the integration process.
Supporting the Commercial Team with technical questions on both integrations and gamification products.
General understanding of our data structure and BI tools.

Who you are and what we offer
We’re looking for a motivated individual who has previous experience in a technical support role and is looking to develop further into B2B integrations.
You have a good understanding of REST API’s and the ability to read technical documentation. Any experience with Python and JS is a plus but not essential.
Knowledge within the area of Data warehousing / BI and SQL is considered an asset. Most of all – you are not afraid of getting their hands dirty in the pursuit of getting things done. At Quickspin, Team comes first – and so you are of course a positive, self-motivated team player.
