We are on an exciting growth journey and are now looking for three Solution Product Developers that wants to be a part of a new team and building standardize solutions for our clients!

Main responsibilities

As a Solutions Product Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining our so-called content products in our Benify platform. Content products are generic solutions and integrations to other systems that can easily be offered and enabled to all our customers in the multi-tenant Benify platform. These solutions are built using a combination of already available platform features and building new ones using programming languages such as Java, JavaScript or JSP.

You will join an agile and cross functional team of solutions product developers, solution architects, product owner, UX and agile coach. Together with the team, you will transform business- and user needs into great solutions and products using all the features and possibilities our configuration layer of the Benify platform offers.

This is what we are looking for

To be successful and thrive in this role, we see that you are a team player that have interest and some experience working with Java development, and has a product mindset where you think it is more important to solve real-life problems, user- and business needs using the available tools than which framework you use to solve the problem. You are a logical thinker with great analytical skills that do not hesitate to dig deep into new systems to understand how everything fits together. We see that you are service-oriented and create good relationships with both customers, suppliers and business stakeholders.

To succeed in this role, we also see that you have:

• Relevant educational background within Computer Science, Software Engineering, IT or another technical field
• Some experience working with Java and/or JavaScript development
• Agile values and hands-on experience in agile software development
• Good knowledge in English, both orally and written
