Role Summary/Purpose:
The Global Service Engineering team is responsible for ensuring on-time delivery of service product features, technical publications, training, global parts availability and service process validation for Life Science systems. We follow the product from the development project until discontinuation with focus on the serviceability from start to end.
Essential Responsibilities:
Participate in the team’s activities with focus on both computer work as well as software testing in the laboratory of instruments.
The computer work includes update of spare parts in programs for field service engineers. General support to service engineers where applicable.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Bachelor or master student in computer or technical programs.

- Good English speaking and writing
