Dragsholm Slot, located in beautiful Odsherred, is searching for a full-time sommelier or waiter to join the team. The castle is set in a busy estate, which is always evolving; therefore, we are looking to expand our team.

The castle operates as a hotel with several restaurant concepts. These include banqueting & conferences; Dragsholm Slot Food House with a café and a lively, informal lunch restaurant; The Bistro with a smaller a la carte menu and lastly the gourmet restaurant Dragsholm Slot Gourmet, where you get the full castle experience. The latter of these has held a Michelin star since 2017.

Dragsholm Slot became a member of the renowned hotel and restaurant guide Relais & Châteaux in 2018. Relais & Châteaux is a guide consisting of 580 unique estates around the world that are all passionate about their craft, service, and lasting relationships with their guests.

Your profile:

You are educated from, or have experience working in, gourmet restaurants

You are physically fit, willing, and able to work in a demanding environment

You work in an organized manner and have an eye for fine details

You have a strong interest in working with food & wine, and have an open mind for our cuisine

You enjoy working as part of a large team with high ambitions

You are also capable of motivating yourself to work independently

You are prepared to work at a countryside location, and are aware of the longer distances to and from work, if you are not using our housing opportunities.
