About the role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and professional to join our team as an S&OP and Inventory Specialist. In this role, you will be our specialist within your area and responsible for ensuring a healthy and balanced inventory within the HCD framework. As a key contributor to our global operations, you will play a critical role in meeting customer demands, optimizing inventory investments, and supporting overall business growth.
Here, you'll have the chance to work with:
Analyzing sales and demand to make change proposals to improve overall performance.
Develop and enhance operational systems and specifically the Logility software for better performance.
Aligning forecasts and ensure demand validation is executed on aggregated level.
Analyzing supply chain data, identify trends, forecast future demand, and improve decision-making processes.
Providing clear and concise demand forecasts and inventory status updates to management and cross-functional teams, highlighting risks, opportunities, and recommended actions.
Developing local stock and return policies in collaboration with sales.
Defining supply strategies and lead time requirements for different products together with sales operations and product managers.
Creating, own and maintain frameworks for the inventory strategy.
Aligning end-to-end planning processes in Logility, including regular parameter setting review, to ensure efficient inventory management.
Collaborate with IT and the Operational Excellence team to drive system enhancements, automation, and data integration initiatives to improve demand forecasting and inventory management capabilities.

Location: This position is based in Jonsered, just outside of Gothenburg. At Husqvarna we use a hybrid working model.

About You:
You enjoy working in an international environment and has strong problem-solving abilities with a proactive mindset to identify issues, propose solutions, and a drive for continuous improvement. You have good organizational and record keeping skills and your keywords are dependability , reliability and precision.
We also see that you have:
Excellent analytical and quantitative skills with expertise in demand forecasting techniques, statistical modeling, and inventory optimization.
Proven experience in demand planning and inventory management roles, preferably in a global or multi-site manufacturing or distribution environment.
Experience and in-depth knowledge of planning tool Logility.
Good knowledge of logistics and supply chain principles, practices, and industry trends.
Experience and excellent understanding of S&OP process in a global multisite environment
Experience with SAP S4 is appreciated
