Sound - Voice Over Designer

Starbreeze is looking for a Sound - VO Designer to join our team in Stockholm to help build great audio experiences for our games today and in the future. You’ll be part of a friendly and collaborative team where everyone has their say and where we all help each other find the best solutions as a group. You’ll be involved in the entire production cycle of our games and DLCs, from idea to implementation, with plenty of opportunities to grow and to specialize.

Job tasks:

- Work closely with the audio team to manage, record, design and implement voice over recordings in accordance with the project's design vision.
- Implement audio assets using Wwise and proprietary tools.
- Collaborating with narrative design/level design/programming teams to provide input and direction to produce an interesting and responsive soundscape.
- Playtesting and debugging of game audio.



To be successful in this position you have/are:

- Experience working with recorded voice over in the video game or entertainment industry
- Advanced experience of working in audio software, such as Wwise and FMOD
- Great with time estimations, organization and prioritizing.
- Knowledge and understanding of the video game development process.
- Experience working with game engines.
- Excellent English (spoken and written) communication skills.
