Tetra Pak Processing Components AB We develop, manufacture and market stainless processing components, primarily for the dairy, cheese, ice cream and beverage industries.We supply these components through Tetra Pak's worldwide network of market companies, and we're 230 employees at our plant in Lund, Sweden.Central Supply Management (CSM) within Processing Solutions is looking for a Sourcing Analyst.Your task is to provide vital input to global and supply segment strategies, as well as analysing performance in the supply chain.Your quantitative and qualitative analysis will form the fundamentals when setting targets, monitoring progress, understanding gaps as well as decide on actions.Your work covers both business units and market clusters.You will work with a global network of contacts in a new role that you will be able to influence and shape. Your areas of responsibility: .Drive the process and tools for reporting and measuring the SM community, as well as the process for evaluating and monitoring supply risk..Support development and refinement of strategies through spend analysis and risk assessment, as well as creation and analysis of cost models..Design and execute quantitative and qualitative analysis regarding supply chain opportunities, supplier capabilities and related market development..Gather and synthesize KPI, as well as conduct follow-up on cost, quality and leadtime targets in support of performance reviews..Initiate supplier base development and improvement activities, triggered by performance or internal guidelines..Analysing purchasing related indexes, market trends on key commodities, raw material price changes and forecasting future levels.The person we are looking for has a university degree and work experience from similar tasks with a high level of understanding for business economics.You must have a high IT maturity and be able to master databases, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint.You also need to be fluent in both written and verbal English. You should have a driving personality, be self-motivated, multi-tasked and supportive as a person.Being analytical, structured, communicative and precise with details is also very important.
