Customer Fulfilment (CFF) is an instrumental part in the transformation of IKEA into a truly omni-channel retail company as well as in the profitable execution of the rapidly growing service business. Group Strategic Sourcing contributes to providing convenient, affordable and sustainable shopping and service experience for all customers by securing sound and robust spend management throughout the fulfilment chain.
We are looking for a Sourcing Analyst to provide technical expertise and edge competence on our sourcing tools. You will help us leverage our data processing and optimization platform to its full potential in order to allow us to develop and expand our sourcing methodology and secure solid and fact-based support for award decisions.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
You will make sure that the event templates in our sourcing tool, Coupa Sourcing Optimization (CSO) are up-to-date, user-friendly, and aligned with our business needs at all times. Further, you are responsible for efficient and standardized designs to facilitate efficient automation of data flows into and out of CSO. Additionally, you will contribute to securing a high degree of use of CSO for sourcing activities, analysis, and data management throughout the sourcing matrix through attention to business needs, alignment with agreed working methods, and unwavering focus on usability.
This will include:
• Build and develop event templates in CSO, including online guides and documentation of design, for various service categories and possibly markets according to business requirements and agreed working processes
• Maintain existing event templates, including online guides and documentation of design
• Continuously improve automation of the event template library as relevant
• Contribute to design and standardization of integrations between CSO and other modules in the CFF Source to Pay landscape
• Support country sourcing teams with advice and adaptions during tender preparation and analysis
• Maintain a regular exchange with the Business Support team with respect to support requirements for CSO and support with expertise for troubleshooting
• Assist in processing data for input or mapping
• Maintain base data information
• Maintain a relevant structure on the platform
• Maintain knowledge and skills in the team, not including training or superusers/ users
You will be part of Group CFF Strategic Sourcing. The location is Malmö, but we are open to further discussion/ remote working with the preferred candidate.
