We offer you an interesting position in Hiab Finance and Business Control responsible for sourcing and special projects controlling.
In this role you will work very closely with Hiab Sourcing organisation, sourcing managers within the Business Lines and business controllers at Hiab to drive cost control of Hiab´s sourcing activities.
You support in reporting and controlling and to develop new sourcing platform and tools.
You will also actively contribute in developing internal control and policies, support the risk management process by carrying out reviews of key suppliers and support Hiab cash flow and profitability actions by managing the supply chain financing program.
In this crossfunctional role you will report to Director, Group Finance at Hiab and dotted line to Hiab´s Sourcing Head. You will also work as a finance lead in a number of special projects designed to drive efficiency across through group.

Job responsibilities :
You will provide controller and reporting support at Hiab level related to the sourcing activities. You will work with KPI´s as reviewing and following up monthly sourcing activities also develop and implement sourcing reporting tools and sourcing platform at Hiab level. Common sourcing platform in Cargotec will be implemented during 2017 including development, testing and roll out of the new system.
In your responsibilities will be to work with providing technical support and training to Hiab users on CargoSource and develop internal control and policies.
We also see that you support in cash flow and profitability actions at Hiab leves such as managing the supply chain financing program. Providing financial leadership in special projects designed to deliver efficiency in Hiab.
Our expectations:
In order to be successful in this position we believe you fulfill the following criteria:
• Relevant and proven experience (e.g. 5 years) in similar roles, especially in financial controlling roles in an international business environment
• Good level of understanding and experience in using of financial reporting systems and tools (such as SAP, HFM, Qlikview or similar)
• Technical understanding and interest in finance tools and systems – ability to train others and support also with the technical queries
• Strong analytical skills and problem solving skills. Ability to translate the output of analysis to the clear message for senior managers to support in decision making
• Structured way of working and ability to work under tight deadlines according to the reporting timelines
• Flexible and self-motivated person with a hands on approach
• Willingness to take on variety of work when necessary
• Excellent communication, co-operation and influencing skills when working with different parties internally within Hiab and externally
• Independent way of of working, but co-operative and supportive approach
• Master or bachelor degree in business and economics or other relevant field of study
• Fluent in English
• Knowledge in Swedish or Finnish is benefit.
• Ability to travel occassionally
The placement of the position is preferable in Helsinki, Finland or Akalla, Sweden.
