What we do:

At AEP Talent, we provide A-grade candidates for various clients spread around the world. These candidates are handpicked, screened, and contacted by us for whichever position and requirements that might be part of the position at hand. As an intern at AEP Talent, we are looking for someone to teach and grow with.

Sourcing and Talent Acquisition Trainee areas:

- Post new positions on websites and job boards.
- Assist with screening resumes and applications
- Sourcing of candidates.
- Coordinate interviews.


- Help prepare Word, PowerPoint, and Excel documents.
- Track progress, priorities, and deadlines of various projects.


Who you are:

- A student of Human Resources Management, Business major or Organizational Psychology.

- Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Solid organizational skills and attention to detail.
