Description

The client is now looking for a Business Analyst to join the Strategy Sourcing Programs Team. Your role will be to provide insight and advice based on thorough and methodical investigation, analysis, and presentation of data. The Business Analyst applies his/her business knowledge and analytics skills on data, to point to statistically secured conclusions on business performance. You work with Strategy Managers to outline both causes and remedies to business problems.

Work tasks:

- Identify, align and prioritize potential transformation/ change areas and activities to reach the wanted position
- Drive transformation and change within & across functions/units, processes & value flows to accelerate business value
- Assess changing needs of business within and across functions/ units, process and value flows; and recommend opportunities to accelerate business value
- Provide analytical expertise to initiatives, business flows and functions
- Drive Business Analysis assignment independently or with Strategy and Project Managers
- Perform data analysis, modeling, and visualization
- Visualize data analysis and point out value drivers
- Identify and validating business problems to be solved, end user requirements, value drivers, return on investment, etc.
- Capturing stakeholder requirements via established methods like User story/journey mapping, Design thinking, and others
- Act as a bridge/ support in translating business requirements into different solution options
