Job Summary:
We are now looking for a Sourcing Category Manager supporting Contingent Workforce Labor. In this role, your contributions will be to effect and administer Category Strategy, Targets and key performance indicators (KPIs) and secure a Category Supplier base that supports Ericsson current & future business needs. By doing so, your charge of steering business awards to PSL suppliers, regulate risk, cost and demands, whilst securing quality and compliance.
Responsibilities:
You will develop, implement and drive Category Strategy
Administer supplier base and supplier classification
You will define Supplier targets and critical metrics
Create cost effective category solutions and business models
You will optimize category performance
You will identify and Perform business intelligence and benchmark
Key Qualifications:
Education: Banchelors required; Masters requested
Min years of experience: 5 Years Ericsson, 2 Years Sourcing
Domain experience: Service Delivery Competence Skills
Sourcing Practice, Process & Strategy Knowledge
Change & Improvement Management Skills
Commercial Acumen & Skills
Local Laws & Regulation Knowledge relevant to Contingent Labor
Market Insight
Negotiation Skills
Relating & Networking
Additional Requirements:
Application of Vendor Management Systems
Understanding of Managed Service Provider solutions
Strong data and analytic drive
Certification in Contingent Workforce management a plus
