Sourcing Execution Specialist

About the role
The Sourcing Execution Specialist will work as a key member of the Flexible Workforce Team on the Internal Account, based in Stockholm, Sweden. The Sourcing Execution Specialist will work for our costumer, a multinational company who is a global professional services company with leading capabilities in digital, cloud and security. The assignment is a 6 moths contract with the possibility of extension. 

Key responsibilities include: 
- Independently implement end-to-end projects from Sourcing to the final Contracting phase within the Nordic internal Procurement organization, focused on purchasing subcontractors. Nordic consists of Finland, Sweden, Norway, Denmark and Latvia.
- Manage reporting and create ad-hoc monitoring dashboards based on business needs by combining the different information sources available with business analytics tools.
- Raise Business stakeholders´ service level and interaction with Business parties strategically and tactically rather than operationally.
- Being proactive in terms of stakeholder engagement and business teams promoting and advising them how to engage with contractors.

About you
We are looking for a candidate with one to three years´ experience in a similar role and who has an economics or business degree. You have good Microsoft skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint. You have skills in purchasing processes and understand the core principles around Procurement. You speak and write English and Swedish fluently, ´Scandinavian language skills´ are also preferred. Your communications & presentation skills are strong. Furthermore, we see that you love to share and learn different things, positive, like to collaborate with different teams and stakeholders. Every day is a new challenge for you and an opportunity to learn something new.
