Sourcing Graduate Programme to SKF

The Sourcing Graduate Programme of SKF Group Purchasing (GPu) aims to attract high potentials to join SKF GPu, to proactively increase future management & sourcing specialist capacity for SKF and to speed up building competencies for our Purchasing area.

About the position:
For this programme, SKF GPu is looking for four Strategic Sourcing Analysts who will benefit an intensive Training program, participate in Strategic Sourcing projects and acquire Purchase Operations practice. During the first two weeks, you will follow an induction training session who will teach you about SKF Group and SKF Group Purchasing (GPu) in particular. During the next three months, you will learn about SKF Purchasing Analytics, Strategic Sourcing process & tools, Finance & Controlling and Project Management. You will then join a Strategic Sourcing project aiming for Total Cost reductions in a given category and provide highly critical Internal & External Analytics during a period of 6 to 12 months. Travel and short journeys in our Purchasing Operations will be required. After finishing the program, you will become a member of SKF Purchasing Analytics Team.

Work tasks:
- Participate in Strategic Sourcing Projects with Group Purchasing
- Learn about SKF and our way of working
- Participate in training programs to develop your SKF knowledge
- Set up and develop a network in your competence area

Qulaifications:
- Master of Science or Economics, with few years of business experience
- Highly driven person which enjoy to take responsibility
- Ability to work independently, as well as in teams
- Excellent communication skills.
- Being fluent in English, is a prerequisite
- Have an organized and structured way of working
- Enjoy working in an international environment with the team spread globally

The target positions (four seats in total) are located in Gothenburg, Sweden.
