What you'll do
The Sourcing Leader is assigned a portfolio of suppliers, primarily tank chemicals suppliers, and has the responsibility for development, communication and execution of sourcing strategies, both short and long term. We are focused on cost efficient supplies while at the same time having a high priority on security of supply and quality. In close collaboration with internal stakeholders, like Manufacturing, R&D and Product Management, the Sourcing Leader participates in New Product Introduction projects as well as activities related to quality and fulfillment. Together with Sourcing Delivery Leader and the Supplier Quality organization, continuous monitoring and development of suppliers is performed, all in order to meet business needs.
Who you are


Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or in chemistry discipline, or a Bachelor’s degree in business administration (or equivalent knowledge/experience)
Strong work experience with technical depth/knowledge in assigned commodities, or strong Commercial Sourcing, Supply Chain or Engineering experience
Willing to travel domestically and internationally occasionally

Ability to energize, develop and build rapport at all levels within an organization
Proven ability to execute and deliver on commitments
Experience implementing complex supply chains
