Work Description
As Sourcing Manager your primary focus is to act as a Business Partner for local procurement requirements in your appointed location or region.
You will be responsible for running the local sourcing activities, under guidance from global Category Teams, as well as coordinating input from the global procurement organization towards our tenders and project execution.
You have a central role, working with local leaders and stakeholders, to ensure efficient execution of their procurement needs; taking cost, customer benefits and sustainability factors into account. Identifying potential improvements for the procurement process as well as developing and renegotiating existing contracts are both considerable parts of this role.
The Sourcing Manager functions as a key link between the global procurement organization and local stakeholders. Therefore, you will cooperate closely with global category managers and provide vital input for long term category strategies and ensure that Tactical Procurement targets on local levels are fully aligned.
You will also represent procurement in tender and execution teams and ensure that the required procurement input is collected and that vital information around tender and project awards are shared towards relevant stakeholders within Procurement.

You are experienced in procurement processes, e.g. sourcing, negotiation and contract signing.
You probably hold a master´s degree in business, engineering, economics or similar. If not – you have at least 5 years relevant working experience from a similar role.
Fluency in Swedish and English, both written and spoken, is a requirement.
