At IT Sourcing, within SITS, we’re responsible for developing Global Sourcing Strategies and handling stakeholder management by building trustworthy long-term relationships with suppliers within the IT category. We’re the first point of contact for our internal stakeholders regarding negotiations and contracts for procurement and lifecycle management, and we’re now looking for a Sourcing Manager to join our excellent team.

What you do?
In this position, you’re responsible for the whole sourcing process where you lead and manage cross functional teams. Being responsible for the complete contract process, from negotiation to implementation and maintaining contracts – i.e., contract lifecycle management – is an important part of your job. In addition, you develop, implement and follow-up on sourcing projects aligned to sourcing strategies, and you lead and participate in Supplier Relationship Management activities. You act as a single point of contact to your key stakeholders and you establish and ensure stable relationships with the service organization and suppliers.

The location for this position is either at Sandbacka Park in Sandviken or at our site Gasverket in Stockholm.

Your background and personality
We’re looking for someone with extensive experience in strategic sourcing and particularly within IT category and managed service combined with good understanding of the IT landscape in general. You have genuine experience from the international supplier market and a broad perspective in order to identify innovative solutions. It’s a plus if your knowledge is backed by a university degree in perhaps Economy or Business Administration. Being part of a truly global organization calls for excellent English skills, knowledge in Swedish is a plus.

By being open-minded and communicative, you have no problem in building strong and trusting relationships at all levels, always keeping the business in mind.
